Anyone else notice hiring freezes/slowdowns at HubSpot?

Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on what I'm seeing. I've been keeping an eye on HubSpot's career page and job postings across LinkedIn for a few months, and it feels like things have really slowed down. I used to see a lot more openings, especially in engineering and marketing, but lately, it's been pretty sparse. I know the tech market ebbs and flows, and HubSpot has historically been pretty stable, but this feels different. It's not just a small dip; it's a noticeable slowdown in hiring across multiple departments. I haven't seen any official announcements or news about layoffs, which is why I'm hesitant to jump straight to that conclusion. Could it be a strategic pause, a shift in priorities, or maybe just a very conservative hiring approach for the rest of the year? I've definitely seen a similar trend. My LinkedIn feed used to be full of HubSpot openings, but it's been much quieter lately. I've also heard from a few contacts who used to be very active in the HubSpot ecosystem that their teams aren't hiring as aggressively as they were even six months ago. Interesting observation! I haven't been actively job hunting there myself, but I do follow their company page and have noticed fewer new postings popping up. It does seem like a deliberate slowdown rather than just a typical seasonal dip. Perhaps they're focusing on retaining existing talent or consolidating teams after a period of rapid growth. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment and not indicative of larger issues.
