Heard some chatter... anyone else nervous?

I'm in the sales org, been with HubSpot for almost 4 years now. Lately, the higher-ups have been extra quiet during our weekly team meetings, which is usually the opposite of what happens when things are going smoothly. I've also noticed fewer new leads coming through, and some accounts seem to be freezing their spending. Maybe it's just the usual end-of-quarter jitters, but I can't shake this feeling something's brewing. Anyone else feeling the same tension? Am I just being paranoid, or should I update my resume?

I'm feeling it too. I'm in marketing, and our budget approvals have been taking longer than usual. Plus, there's been a weird emphasis on cutting costs in the recent comms we've been getting. I'd start polishing up your resume, just in case. It's better to be prepared and find you don't need it than be caught completely off guard.

Honestly, it's always something. Remember back in Q3 of last year when they rolled out that new pricing structure? Everyone panicked then too, and it ended up being fine. Sales are cyclical, and leadership is probably just trying to manage expectations ahead of the quarter. Deep breaths, everyone. Focus on what you *can* control – closing deals.
