While I haven't been through a layoff at HubSpot specifically, Massachusetts generally doesn't require companies to give a ton of notice unless it's a massive layoff impacting a large percentage of the workforce (WARN Act). It really depends on your contract and company policy. I'd recommend quietly reviewing your employee handbook and any documents you received during onboarding. That might give you a clue.
