Yo, I've been keeping an eye on HubSpot's careers page and also noticed a significant slowdown in new postings over the past month or so. Also, a friend who's in recruiting mentioned they heard some internal chatter about a potential hiring freeze kicking in soon, maybe even retroactively for some approved roles. This is purely anecdotal and unconfirmed, so take it with a massive grain of salt. But it ties into the general sentiment I've been seeing in the market and even within some internal project discussions here. It's not a layoff *report*, but it feels like a precursor to one, or at least a sign of belt-tightening. Has anyone else on the hiring or recruiting side at HubSpot noticed this? Interesting observation! I've also seen a dip in HubSpot's job board activity recently. It's tough to say for sure if it's a full freeze or just a strategic pause, especially with the current economic climate. Heard similar whispers myself. Not directly from HubSpot, but the general buzz in the SaaS recruiting world has been pretty quiet on that front for a while. It's a bummer if true, as HubSpot's always seemed like a solid place to land. Fingers crossed it's a temporary adjustment rather than a sign of bigger issues.
