Six years in engineering should get you something decent. Typically, severance is calculated based on tenure, so you're probably looking at a minimum of six weeks, possibly more. Benefits continuation is usually part of the package, but the duration can vary. Outplacement services are hit or miss; don't rely on them too much. Start updating your resume *now*, just in case.
Honestly, don't get your hopes up too high. While HubSpot *seems* like a great place, big companies often lowball severance packages. Factor in that they might try to get you to sign a very restrictive NDA in exchange for any compensation. Read the fine print carefully before agreeing to anything, and consider consulting with an employment lawyer.
