Honestly, while I sympathize, reorgs are sometimes necessary. Large companies have to adapt. Are they always well-executed? Absolutely not. But before jumping ship, maybe try to understand the reasoning behind the changes. Is it genuinely strategic, or just someone's pet project? If it's strategic, try to find where your skills fit in the new structure. If it's the latter, then yeah, maybe dust off that resume.
