Seriously, what happened to this company? I joined 12 years ago, thinking I was set for life. Now, it feels like every other year there's another round of layoffs, another 'reorganization' that just shuffles the deck chairs on the Titanic. The constant pressure to do more with less is insane. My manager is so stressed he's practically non-existent, and the VP is just spouting corporate buzzwords. The 'culture' they preach is a joke. They talk about innovation, but all I see is cost-cutting. Honestly, I'm just waiting for the axe to fall so I can finally move on to something better.

I feel you. I've been here almost as long. It's death by a thousand cuts. Remember the good old days when IBM actually invested in its people? Now it's all about short-term gains. Honestly, I started updating my resume a while back. Might be time to jump ship before it sinks completely.

Yeah, yeah, we've all heard it before. Every big company goes through cycles. IBM's been around forever, it will adapt. Maybe you should focus on what *you* can control – your skills, your network, your projects. Complaining won't change anything. Either find a way to make it work for you, or move on.
