Seeing some odd shifts in project staffing and reorg rumors

Hey folks, been at IBM for a few years now in the consulting division. Lately, things have felt a bit... unsettled. We've had a few projects suddenly put on hold, and teams are being reshuffled in ways that don't seem tied to client needs. Heard some whispers about a broader restructuring coming down the pipe, possibly tied to focusing more on hybrid cloud and AI services. Anyone else in other divisions experiencing similar things? It's not just a feeling, it's tangible shifts in how work is being assigned and who's working on what. My manager is being cagey, which is also a bit of a red flag. Normally they're pretty open about team dynamics and future plans, but now it's just 'focus on your current deliverables.' Wondering if this is leading up to anything, or if it's just the usual corporate churn. The articles about job cuts in other tech companies are definitely in the back of my mind.
