Totally get it. Big reorgs are designed to be disruptive. Don't take it personally that you feel lost; *everyone* does. I'd suggest setting up brief 1:1s with people *outside* your immediate team to figure out who's really in charge of what now and where your old projects fit in. Information is power, even if it just helps you decide whether to jump ship. Good luck!
Five years with good reviews? That's a pretty solid track record. Before you panic, consider this might be a good opportunity. Companies often restructure to streamline operations. See if you can identify any gaps created by the departures and propose solutions. This shows initiative and could position you for a promotion. Plus, it buys you time to feel things out before rushing into a tight job market.
