Seeing a lot of open positions still posted on Intuit's website even *after* all the layoffs. Makes me wonder if there's a backfill strategy going on. I'm interviewing for a Senior SWE role next week, and was wondering if anyone has any inside tips for the technical interviews? What kind of data structures and algorithms should I brush up on? Any specific areas they grill you on? Any insight into the team culture or specific projects they're hiring for would also be great. Been prepping with Leetcode, but any specific advice would be a lifesaver.

I interviewed there a few months ago. They really hit the usual suspects hard: trees, graphs, and dynamic programming. Be ready to whiteboard code. They care a lot about code quality and design principles, so be prepared to explain your thought process clearly and justify your choices. Good luck!

Honestly, I'd be cautious. Seeing open reqs *after* layoffs is a bit of a red flag. Could be backfill, could be restructuring. Make sure you ask direct questions about team stability and growth opportunities. In the interview, focus on highlighting your experience with scalable systems and cloud technologies, as that seems to be where a lot of their investment is going. Don't be afraid to negotiate aggressively, especially given the current market.
