Well, it finally happened. I was part of the recent J&J layoffs in NJ. Spent 7 years in Global Supply Chain, and now I'm suddenly out of a job. The notification itself was brief, and honestly, I’m still in shock. My main concern right now is just figuring out where to start. I’ve never been through this before. Should I be updating my LinkedIn immediately? Reaching out to recruiters? Focusing on the severance first? It feels like a mountain to climb. Any advice from people who've been through this at J&J or similar large pharma companies would be amazing. I want to be proactive but also don't want to make any rookie mistakes. Just feeling really adrift and could use some direction. Thanks in advance for any guidance.
