Seeing reports about another round of layoffs hitting the Pleasanton and Walnut Creek locations. WARN notices filed for 23 employees each, effective late October. Not sure what departments are most affected yet, but it's concerning to see this happening again. Seems like the 'restructuring' never really ends. Anyone on here directly impacted or have any intel on what's going on behind the scenes? Feels like a constant state of uncertainty lately, wondering when the next shoe will drop. Trying to stay positive but it's tough when you hear news like this. Just want to know if there's a pattern or if it's random cuts.

This is incredibly discouraging news. It feels like a recurring nightmare for employees in those locations. The constant layoffs, even if seemingly small numbers, create such instability and anxiety. It's hard to focus on work when you're always worried about being next. I hope those affected are able to land on their feet quickly. Makes you wonder about the long-term strategy when this keeps happening.
