Feeling the pressure at K-C - anyone else?

Just wanted to vent a bit and see if I'm alone here. Been at K-C for a few years, and lately, the general vibe in my department (and from what I hear elsewhere) feels... tense. Projects are being scrutinized harder, approvals are slower, and there's definitely an undercurrent of 'are we safe?' It's hard to ignore, especially with the broader economic climate and rumblings in the industry. We haven't had any official announcements, but the day-to-day feels different. Anyone else experiencing similar shifts or hearing anything from their managers that hints at upcoming changes? Trying to stay positive but it's getting tough.

Yeah, I've been feeling that too. The increased scrutiny on projects and the slower approval processes are definitely noticeable. It's creating a lot of extra stress and uncertainty, making it hard to focus on the actual work. It feels like everyone's walking on eggshells, constantly worried about making a mistake or being the target of the next cut. It would be helpful to get some clear communication from leadership about the company's direction and what employees can expect moving forward, rather than just dealing with this pervasive anxiety.
