Hey all, been seeing some chatter on other platforms and hearing faint murmurs internally about potential organizational changes at Kimberly-Clark. Nothing concrete has been announced, which is making things even more nerve-wracking. Is anyone in a position to share what they know, even if it's just speculation? I'm in [department/division] and we've been feeling some increased scrutiny lately, with projects being re-evaluated and headcount discussions happening more frequently. Trying to gauge if this is widespread or just isolated to certain areas. Any insights would be greatly appreciated, trying to stay ahead of the curve here.
