Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter on here and other places (like that recent news article about using tax savings for potential workforce changes, though that was about a different company, it got me thinking). Anyone in the K-C ecosystem hearing anything concrete about potential restructuring or role impacts? Not seeing anything official, but the grapevine is buzzing a bit. Feels like a lot of companies are tightening belts. Just trying to get a sense of what's really going on. If anyone has any insights, even vague ones, would be appreciated. Trying to stay ahead of things if possible.

Yeah, I've picked up on some similar rumblings myself. Nothing solid, but you can feel a shift in the air. It's the usual mix of speculation and concern, especially with the economic climate. Definitely keeping an ear to the ground for anything more definitive. Hope it's just standard business adjustments and not something more drastic.

Haven't heard anything specific myself, but the general corporate buzz about 'efficiency' and 'optimization' has been pretty loud lately. It's a tough environment out there. Hoping any changes are focused on streamlining operations rather than impacting people directly. Time will tell, I guess.
