K-C: Efficiency drive or something more?

Has anyone else noticed a significant push for 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' across K-C lately? It feels like more than just standard business optimization. We're seeing a lot of mandates around reducing overhead, consolidating roles where possible, and a general tightening of the belt. While I understand the need to be competitive, the intensity and scope of these initiatives feel a bit different. It's leading to a lot of anxiety about job security, especially since there's no clear communication about the end goal or the impact on employees. Just looking to see if others are experiencing this and what their take is. Is this just a standard cycle, or is there something bigger brewing beneath the surface?

I've definitely felt the same buzz around 'efficiency' here lately. It's creating a lot of uncertainty for sure. It's hard to ignore the constant talk of optimization and cost-cutting when it feels like it impacts your day-to-day. Makes you wonder about the long-term strategy and what it means for us on the ground. Hopefully, they'll share more about the vision behind it all soon.

Can't say I've noticed a *huge* difference. Seems like business always has cycles of trying to be more efficient. Maybe it's just the departments you're in? I'm more focused on hitting my own targets. While I get that change can be unsettling, sometimes these drives are necessary to keep the company strong in the long run. We just have to adapt.
