Kimberly-Clark - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Starting to feel a weird vibe at K-C lately. Projects seem to be slowing down in some areas, and there's definitely a 'hunker down' mentality creeping in. I know there haven't been any official announcements, but the amount of 'efficiency' meetings and 'strategic reviews' seems to be picking up. Makes you wonder if something is brewing behind the scenes. Anyone in a similar boat or hearing different things from their departments? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment and if I should start polishing the resume, just in case. Not trying to cause panic, just looking for honest takes.

Yeah, I've noticed the increased focus on 'efficiency' too. It feels like a lot of talk about optimizing processes, but not much tangible change happening yet. The constant meetings do create a bit of an anxious atmosphere, even without any official news. It's hard to shake the feeling that something is on the horizon, whether it's restructuring, new initiatives, or just a general shift in priorities. Trying to stay focused on my work, but it's tough when there's so much uncertainty in the air. Hope it's just a standard quarterly review cycle.
