Been seeing some analyst reports about K-C's recent performance, and while it's not a disaster, it's definitely not setting the world on fire either. Yeah, I've been hearing similar whispers. It's tough because the company has been pretty stable, but you can't ignore the broader economic climate. Even small shifts in demand or increased costs can ripple through. My department hasn't seen outright freezes, but there's definitely a more cautious approach to spending and a longer review process for any new initiatives. Feels like everyone's being asked to do more with less, which inevitably leads to questions about efficiency and headcount down the line.
