L3Harris - Anyone else feeling the jitters lately?

Hey all, longtime lurker here. Been with L3Harris for a few years now, and lately, the vibe in the office (or on the calls, when we have them) feels... different. Not sure if it's just my department or a broader thing, but there's been a lot of hushed conversations and some odd silences in meetings where there used to be more open discussion. Our project pipeline still looks decent on paper, but I'm hearing murmurs about budget reviews and 'strategic realignments' that sound a bit too corporate for comfort. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this, or if I'm just overthinking things because of all the noise out there in the defense sector. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard not to feel a bit uneasy. Anyone have any insights or similar experiences? Trying to gauge the general sentiment across the company.

I've noticed a similar shift. It's unsettling when the usual open communication channels seem to tighten up. I've also been hearing buzzwords like 'synergy' and 'optimization' more frequently in meetings, which can be a bit vague and concerning when you're looking for concrete information about job security or project longevity. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and things settle back into a more predictable rhythm soon. It does make you wonder what's really going on behind the scenes.

Definitely not just you. The atmosphere has felt more tense these past few months. It's hard to pinpoint, but that sense of uncertainty is palpable. Even team-building events feel a little forced lately. I've been trying to stay focused on my own work and contribute where I can, but the "hushed conversations" you mentioned are hard to ignore. Hopefully, leadership will offer some clarity soon, rather than leaving us to speculate.
