L3Harris: Anyone seeing weird project re-orgs lately?

Hey everyone, been with L3Harris for a few years now, and lately things feel a bit… unsettled. Not hearing direct layoff rumors or anything concrete, but I've noticed a lot of smaller project re-alignments and some team structures shifting more than usual. It's not like a massive shake-up, but more like constant tinkering. Anyone else in other divisions noticing this? Feels like they're trying to 'optimize' things behind the scenes. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's specific to my area. The uncertainty is a bit draining, honestly.
