L3Harris: Hiring freeze or just slow recruitment?

Hey everyone, I've been keeping an eye on openings at L3Harris across a few different departments (engineering focused) and it seems like things have really slowed down compared to a few months ago. I'm not seeing the same volume of requisitions being posted, and even the ones that are up seem to be sitting for a while. Makes me wonder if it's an unofficial hiring freeze, or maybe just a natural slowdown after some big project wins. Anyone else in a similar boat or in hiring/recruiting who might have some insight? Trying to get a sense of the overall hiring climate within the company right now. Just looking for data points, not trying to stir up drama or anything. My current team is stable, but always good to know what's going on in the broader org. Thanks for any info!
