L3Harris: Performance review season = anxiety season?

Okay, so performance review season is upon us again at L3Harris, and I'm already dreading it. The usual pressure is there, of course, but with all the talk of 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' floating around (even without official layoff news), I feel like the stakes are higher. My manager is being a bit vague about expectations, which isn't helping. I'm putting in the work, hitting my goals, but the general atmosphere feels like everyone's trying to prove their indispensable value. Has anyone else felt this amplified pressure during review cycles lately? Is it just me, or does it feel like we're all walking on eggshells trying to avoid becoming a number in some future 'optimization' push? Just looking for some commiseration or any tips on how to navigate this.

I hear you. It's never fun when performance review season rolls around, especially with all the corporate buzzwords flying. That feeling of having to constantly prove yourself, even when you know you're delivering, can be really draining. Vague expectations from management definitely add to the stress. Just focus on what you can control – your work and hitting those targets. Hopefully, the 'efficiency' talk is just that, and not a precursor to anything worse. Hang in there!
