Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a slowdown in the hiring process at LFG lately? I've seen a few reqs disappear and the usual chatter about new roles seems to have died down. I'm not seeing any official news or even rumors of layoffs, but the vibe feels a bit… cautious. My team lead has been pretty tight-lipped about headcount and future projects. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's specific to certain departments. Anyone on the inside have any color they can share? Trying to stay ahead of any potential shifts. Yeah, I've felt a similar chill on my end. It's tough when you're looking for opportunities or even just anticipating team growth and things just... stop. It's definitely not just you. The silence from leadership on hiring and future plans is deafening. Makes you wonder what's brewing behind closed doors, doesn't it? I can confirm the slowdown isn't isolated. My department has also seen requisitions put on hold indefinitely, and the usual influx of new faces hasn't materialized. It's creating some uncertainty, as you can imagine. While there haven't been any official announcements about freezes, the lack of movement and communication is a pretty strong indicator. Curious to see if this pattern continues across the board.
