Lincoln Financial - Anyone else feeling the hiring slowdown?

Been keeping an eye on open roles at LFG across a few different divisions, and it feels like the tap has been turned way down. Saw a bunch of posts disappear over the last month, and new ones are few and far between, especially for more senior roles. My recruiter contacts are also pretty quiet. I know the market's been choppy, but it feels more significant than just general economic jitters.
