Lincoln National - Anyone else feeling the pinch?

Hey LNC folks, has anyone else noticed things getting a bit tight lately? I'm not seeing any official announcements, but there's definitely a vibe shift. Some smaller projects I was involved in seem to have been put on indefinite hold, and there's a general sense of 'doing more with less.' I'm wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if it's isolated to certain departments. Trying to gauge if I should be more concerned about my role or if it's just a seasonal slowdown/budget review. Any insights from other areas of the business would be appreciated. Yeah, I've definitely felt it too. Project funding seems way more scrutinized than it used to be, and the 'do more with less' mantra is definitely being echoed around. I haven't heard any specific layoffs or anything concrete, but the atmosphere has changed. It's making planning ahead a little stressful, honestly. Wondering if it's just internal belt-tightening or a sign of broader market shifts affecting the company.
