Feeling a bit uneasy here at Lincoln. Been hearing whispers about budgets being tightened across the board. Travel is supposedly on hold, and there's a noticeable pause on filling open positions, even for critical roles. My manager is being vague when asked about future staffing. No official announcements, but the atmosphere feels tense. Anyone else in other departments experiencing similar things? Is this just standard year-end prep, or is something bigger brewing?
