Lincoln National - Anyone else seeing increased workloads?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm alone in this. Lately, it feels like my team at LFG is stretched thinner than ever. Projects are piling up, and it seems like every other week someone is leaving or moving departments, but we're not backfilling those roles. We're constantly being asked to do more with less, and it's starting to feel unsustainable. No official word on layoffs or anything, but the increased workload and lack of new hires is making me nervous. Is anyone else experiencing this? Wondering if it's just my department or a broader company trend. Trying to stay optimistic but it's getting tough.
