Hey everyone, been at LFG for a few years now and lately, the atmosphere feels… different. Not hearing outright layoff talk, but there's definitely a palpable sense of caution. Budgets seem tighter, approvals are slower, and a lot of open requisitions I was tracking have gone dark. My manager is being cagey when I ask about team growth for next year, just says 'we're evaluating everything.' Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my department or is this a broader company thing? Trying to gauge if I should be updating the resume just in case, or if this is just standard end-of-year belt-tightening.

I'm picking up on a similar vibe in my division. It's not just you. Everything feels a bit more guarded lately, with a focus on efficiency. We're seeing more emphasis on existing projects and less on brand new initiatives. Seems like a strategic shift to consolidate and optimize what we already have. Hopefully, it's just a temporary phase to strengthen the foundation.
