Anyone else feeling the budget squeeze?

Hey all, I've been with LM for a few years now, and lately, it feels like the purse strings are getting tighter. My department's been hit with some pretty significant budget cuts for Q3/Q4, and it's making planning and executing projects a real headache. We're having to defer a lot of crucial equipment upgrades and even some training. Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if it's specific to my sector. Has anyone else seen a noticeable slowdown in funding or approvals? Trying to gauge if this is just a temporary blip or something more systemic. Makes you wonder what's on the horizon, you know? Not hearing any official word, but the vibe is definitely cautious.

Yeah, I've definitely felt that tightening across the board. It seems like every request is getting an extra layer of scrutiny these days. We're having to justify every single penny, and even then, approvals are taking way longer than usual. It's frustrating because it directly impacts our ability to innovate and deliver on time.
