Hey all, been with LM for a few years now, different divisions. Lately, the atmosphere feels… different. Like things are tightening up. My projects are still funded, but the general sense of momentum seems to have stalled. Heard some whispers about resource reallocation and projects being put on hold, but nothing concrete. Is anyone else in a similar boat? Seeing fewer new postings, maybe a de facto hiring freeze? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment out there. Trying not to spiral, but the uncertainty is real. Any insights or similar experiences would be appreciated. Feels like a lot of 'quiet cuts' might be happening before anything official gets announced.
