Anyone else hearing rumblings about a possible org restructure in RMS?

I'm in RMS [Rotary and Mission Systems] and things have been... weird lately. My manager has been super vague in our 1:1s, and there's been a noticeable increase in closed-door meetings. Usually, that means a re-org is coming, but the timing feels off. I've been through a few of these at LM now, and they always follow a similar pattern: weird vibes, then an announcement, then the bloodbath. Anyone else feeling this way? I'm a senior systems engineer with 8 years at the company, and I'm starting to get that pre-layoff anxiety creeping in again. Just trying to gauge the temperature before I start updating my resume.

Yep, I'm feeling it too. Similar situation in my department. The 'weird vibes' are a classic sign. I wouldn't be surprised if they're trying to streamline after some recent contract losses. It's always stressful, but remember, experience counts. Polish up that resume and maybe start networking internally – knowing someone in a different group could be a lifesaver. Good luck!

RMS restructures are as common as rain. Honestly, I stopped worrying about them. They usually move people around, change reporting structures, and then six months later it's back to the same old grind. Unless you're actively looking to move anyway, I'd just keep your head down, do your job, and see how the chips fall. Panicking helps nobody.
