Anyone else seeing project delays and scope cuts?

Hey everyone, posting anonymously here. Been at LM for a few years now, and things have felt...off lately. Usually, we're pushing forward on multiple fronts, but for the last couple of months, it feels like projects are getting put on hold, budgets are being squeezed, and scopes are being reduced left and right. My manager is cagey when I ask, just saying 'resource allocation' and 'strategic realignment'. It's making it hard to plan, and frankly, a bit unsettling. Is anyone else experiencing this on their teams or programs? Feels like a precursor to something bigger, but there's no official word, no all-hands about it, nothing. Just this weird, slow tightening. Wondering if it's specific to my division or a company-wide thing. Trying not to panic, but it's hard to ignore the vibes.
