Is the hiring freeze real at Lockheed?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter on here and within my own L3Harris division about a potential hiring freeze creeping into Lockheed. Anyone in Aeronautics or RMS seeing this trickle down? My manager's been super cagey about filling open reqs, and even internal transfers seem to be on hold. It's making me nervous about project stability and future growth. Feels like a classic precursor to something bigger, but then again, defense budgets are always up and down. Just looking for some honest experiences or insights from folks on the ground. Trying not to panic, but the lack of clear communication is definitely adding to the anxiety. Are you guys seeing the same slowdown, or is it business as usual in your neck of the woods?
