Hey all, been at LM for a few years now and lately, the general vibe just feels... off. It's not one big thing, more like a collection of smaller issues. People seem more stressed, less willing to go the extra mile. Heard some whispers about hiring freezes on certain programs, which is making folks nervous about growth opportunities. Performance reviews felt a bit tighter this year too, with fewer 'exceeds' handed out. Is it just my site, or is anyone else feeling this shift? Wondering if leadership is communicating enough about the company's direction. Feels like we're flying a bit blind right now.

Yeah, I'm picking up on similar vibes at my LM location. The 'crunch' feels more pronounced lately, especially with budgets seeming tighter. It's hard to pinpoint one cause, but the combination of fewer opportunities for advancement and a general sense of uncertainty is definitely making people question things. The increased focus on metrics without necessarily providing the resources to hit them is a recipe for stress, that's for sure. Hopefully, management addresses these concerns proactively before it impacts productivity further.
