Hey folks, been hearing a lot of whispers around my program about 'strategic realignments' and 'efficiency drives.' Seems like more than just the usual buzzwords. My lead is being cagey, and frankly, the atmosphere feels a bit tense. Anyone else picked up on anything similar? It's hard to tell if it's just the usual defense contracting ebb and flow or if something bigger is brewing. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and while mine was fine, I know some others are feeling the pressure. Wondering if this is a precursor to something more significant, or if we're just in a typical 'leaner and meaner' phase.
