Hey everyone, I've been with Lyft for a few years now, and lately, the vibe has been... off. There's been a noticeable slowdown in new initiatives, and it feels like a lot of teams are being asked to do more with less. I've also noticed a lot of quiet exits, people just disappearing from Slack and meetings without much explanation. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, just saying we're 'optimizing' and 'focusing on core priorities.' Sounds like corporate speak for 'we're prepping for cuts.' Has anyone else heard anything concrete or experienced similar things? Trying to gauge if this is just my department or a company-wide thing. Worried about my job security, to be honest.
