The 'stabilization' line has become a recurring joke at this point. It’s impossible to ignore the morale drop when you’re constantly looking over your shoulder instead of working. Every time a new round hits, the trust in leadership erodes a bit more. I feel for everyone affected; it’s a brutal way to run a company. We all just want some actual transparency instead of the usual corporate fluff about focusing on the mission. Stay strong, keep your network active, and don't take it personally—it’s clearly a management issue.
I understand the exhaustion you're feeling. That constant state of flux is designed to keep everyone on edge, and it’s completely unsustainable. When you can’t look at your teammates without wondering who’s next, that’s a toxic environment, not a productive one. It’s time to stop waiting for the 'stabilization' they promised and start prioritizing your own peace of mind. Update that resume and remember that you’re just a number to them, no matter how hard you work. Take care of yourself first.
