I have a final round interview coming up for a senior data scientist role, and it's heavily focused on behavioral questions. I've prepped the STAR method, but I'm still nervous. Does anyone have any specific tips for behavioral questions at Lyft? What are some of the values they really look for? Any advice on how to stand out and make a good impression? Also, what is the best way to handle questions when you don't have a perfect experience relating to the prompt? Thanks!

Lyft's big on execution and impact. They want to see how you've actually *done* things, not just talked about them. Quantify your results whenever possible. Did your work save money? Increase efficiency? Show them, don't just tell them. If you don't have direct experience, highlight transferable skills and demonstrate how you'd quickly learn the specifics. Good luck!

Honestly, the STAR method is probably enough. I wouldn't overthink it. Just be yourself and be enthusiastic. They probably already like you if you've made it this far. If you don't have a perfect example, be honest! Say you haven't encountered that exact situation, then talk about something similar and what you learned. It's all about demonstrating your problem-solving skills.
