Okay, so I'm in a position where I'm hearing bits and pieces, but nothing concrete. It's all rumors and speculation right now. We had a recent all-hands that felt more like damage control than actual communication. Some departments are apparently seeing hiring freezes, and there's been a slowdown in project approvals in certain areas. I'm really trying to get a clearer picture of what's happening internally. Has anyone had any direct conversations with HR or their manager that shed light on the situation? Trying to prepare myself for what might be coming, but it's tough when the official line is 'everything is fine'. Any intel, even anecdotal, would be appreciated. Trying to figure out if it's time to dust off the resume or if we're just in a temporary slowdown.

Been hearing similar things, it's definitely a weird vibe around here lately. Feels like things are being kept pretty close to the vest, which isn't great for morale. Hoping we get some official word soon rather than just letting the rumors fester. The lack of clear communication is the most frustrating part of it all. Just want to know what the plan is.

I haven't had any direct conversations that offer much clarity either. The all-hands felt really generic, and my manager is being pretty tight-lipped. It’s tough to plan or feel secure when there’s so much uncertainty. Fingers crossed someone with actual knowledge will share soon, or maybe there will be a more transparent update from leadership.
