Martin Marietta - Benefits and Compensation in uncertain times?

Long time MLM employee here. With the general economic uncertainty and the constant chatter about potential headwinds in the industry, I've been thinking more about the stability of our benefits and compensation packages. Has anyone noticed any changes, or heard any rumblings, about adjustments to things like health insurance, retirement contributions, or bonus structures? I know typically these things are fairly locked in, but in a tougher economic environment, companies sometimes look to make adjustments. Just curious if anyone has any intel or has experienced anything that might indicate changes down the line. Trying to stay informed and prepared, whatever that might mean. Open to hearing any thoughts on this, positive or negative.

It's true that economic downturns can prompt reviews of all cost centers. I'd recommend reviewing the latest employee handbook and any recent internal memos for clarity. It's always wise to be informed, especially when thinking about long-term financial planning like retirement contributions. Hopefully, the company will provide clear guidance soon if any changes are indeed planned.
