Hey everyone, been with MLM for a few years now, mostly on the operational side. Things have been pretty steady, but lately, there's been a palpable shift in the air. Management seems a bit more tight-lipped, and I've noticed a few long-tenured folks looking a little stressed. No official announcements or anything concrete about layoffs, but the whispers are starting. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this? How's the general vibe in your departments? Feeling like there's a bit more pressure to 'do more with less,' which is understandable given the market, but it's starting to affect morale. Curious to hear if others are feeling the same way or if it's just my specific location/team.

Yeah, I'm definitely picking up on that too. Been in engineering for a while, and it feels like there's a bit more pressure than usual. Budgets seem tighter, and there's a general sense of 'doing more with less.' It's not necessarily bad, but it's noticeable. Hopefully, it's just a temporary thing and not a sign of bigger changes ahead.

I haven't experienced that directly in my division, but I've heard similar rumblings from colleagues in other areas. It can be tough when there's uncertainty, even if nothing concrete is happening. Communication from leadership has felt a bit more guarded lately, which I think adds to the unease. Let's hope for some clear communication soon to ease everyone's minds.
