MLM - Anyone else on pins and needles?

Seriously, the silence is deafening. With all the economic headwinds and the general chatter in the industry, I'm surprised there haven't been any leaks or even a vague "reorganization" memo from MLM yet. Been checking all the usual channels, but nothing. It feels like we're in a holding pattern, and frankly, it's making me anxious. I've got bills to pay and a family to support, so this uncertainty is rough. Anyone have any intel, even if it's just speculation? Is it just me or does it feel like something's brewing beneath the surface? Would love to hear from others in similar situations or different divisions. Just need some clarity, even if it's bad news.

I hear you. This waiting game is brutal. The lack of any communication from Martin Marietta really amplifies the anxiety, especially when you're thinking about practical things like bills and family. It's tough to plan anything when the ground beneath you feels so uncertain. I've been refreshing my inbox constantly, hoping for some sort of update, even if it's just to say they're still assessing things. This prolonged silence is definitely making everyone nervous, and I wish they’d offer some transparency. It’s hard to maintain focus on day-to-day tasks when the future feels so up in the air.
