Morale at MLM lately?

Just wanted to check the pulse here. Feels like there's been a shift in atmosphere at Martin Marietta recently. Less enthusiasm, more quiet caution. Performance reviews felt a little more critical this year, and there's a sense of 'watching our backs' that wasn't there before. Is this just me, or are others feeling a dip in morale? It's not about specific layoff news yet, but the underlying feeling is definitely there. Wondering if anyone else is seeing similar trends in their teams or departments. It's making it hard to stay motivated when you feel like things are uncertain.

I've definitely noticed a change too. It feels like the company is tightening the belt, and it's creating a general sense of unease. People are more hesitant to take risks or voice opinions, which isn't great for innovation. The performance review focus definitely added to the stress. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and things will pick up soon.

Yeah, I'm picking up on the same vibe. There's a feeling of uncertainty hanging in the air, even without any concrete bad news. Everyone seems to be a bit more guarded, and the usual buzz feels muted. It's a shame because I generally like working here, but this shift is hard to ignore.
