Interviewing at MC - Any recent layoff impact insights?

Hi all, I'm currently in the interview process for a role at Mastercard. The company seems great, and the role is a good fit for my skills. However, given the general market sentiment and seeing some other fintech companies make cuts, I'm a bit apprehensive. While there haven't been any confirmed large-scale layoffs reported for MC recently, I was wondering if anyone who has recently interviewed or joined MC could share any insights on the current hiring climate or if there's any internal chatter about potential restructuring or headcount freezes that might not be public knowledge.
