Hey all, been seeing a lot of chatter on other platforms about potential cuts or 'realignment' at MC. Nothing concrete has dropped here, but the general sentiment feels a bit uneasy. Anyone else in engineering or product noticing changes? Reduced hiring, projects being shelved, or just general whispers about efficiency drives? Feels like the fintech space is still a bit shaky, even for the big players. Wondering if we're just seeing the typical end-of-year budget tightening or if there's something more substantial brewing. I've been hearing similar whispers too. While nothing official has been announced, the vibe in some teams definitely feels a little more cautious. There's been a noticeable slowdown in new project approvals and a few roles that were expected to open up seem to be on hold. It's hard to say if it's just typical seasonal budget shifts or something more significant, but the uncertainty is definitely palpable. Hopefully, it's just a temporary pause and not a sign of bigger things to come.
