Mastercard - Feeling the pressure despite good financials

Despite the recent positive financial reports from Mastercard, I'm personally feeling a lot of pressure at work. My team's workload has increased significantly, and there's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining processes.' While I understand that businesses always look for ways to improve, it's starting to feel like it's leading up to something. Has anyone else experienced this?
