Mastercard - Seeing a lot of internal reshuffling, anyone else?

Hey everyone, Just wanted to see if anyone else is noticing a lot of internal movement and reorganizations happening at MC lately. Feels like teams are being combined, some roles are changing focus, and there's been a fair bit of "strategic realignment" talk in meetings. It's not outright layoffs, but it definitely feels like a period of significant change. Some of my teammates are a bit anxious about where things are headed, and honestly, I'm feeling it too. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's localized to my specific org. Anyone else in different divisions seeing similar shifts? Curious to hear what others are hearing or experiencing. Is this just typical quarterly planning, or does it feel like something more substantial is brewing behind the scenes? Trying not to spiral but the vibe is definitely different than it was even 6 months ago. Any insights would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've definitely picked up on that vibe too. It seems like a lot of departments are being merged or restructured, and the focus has shifted quite a bit on a few projects I'm familiar with. It's creating a bit of uncertainty, for sure, but hopefully, it leads to some positive outcomes down the line. Trying to stay optimistic and adapt to the new landscape.

Can confirm, it's been a bit of a whirlwind here lately. Lots of talk about 'synergies' and 'efficiency gains' which usually translates to some significant changes in how we operate. Some of the shifts seem logical, others less so, but the overall feeling is definitely one of flux. It's a good time to be adaptable and keep your skills sharp.
