Following up on the recent news, I'm curious if anyone in hiring or management can shed light on whether we're seeing an unofficial hiring freeze. A few roles I know were open a month or two ago seem to have gone silent. Recruiters aren't giving straight answers, just saying 'reviewing needs' or 'shifting priorities.' It's tough to plan career moves or even feel secure when there's this much ambiguity. If there's a freeze, or even a significant slowdown, it would be helpful to know so we can all adjust expectations. Anyone have any concrete info or recent experiences with internal mobility or external offers being rescinded/paused?
