Hey all, been at Micron for a few years now and something feels… off. The usual buzz about new projects and growth opportunities seems really muted lately. We've had a lot of internal discussions about optimizing resources, which is fine, but it feels like it's gone beyond efficiency. Saw a few requisitions get quietly pulled last week, and the 'hiring freeze' rumors are definitely circulating. My manager is being super cagey when I ask about team expansion or even backfills. Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to get a sense if this is a company-wide thing or just my department feeling the pinch.
