Micron: Morale dip and increased scrutiny on performance?

Feeling a bit disheartened lately and wanted to see if others are experiencing the same. It feels like the general mood has shifted significantly in the last quarter. There's a palpable sense of uncertainty, and people seem more hesitant to speak up or take initiative. On top of that, I've noticed a definite increase in how strictly performance is being monitored. It feels like every little thing is being scrutinized, and there's more emphasis on 'essential' tasks. Not sure if this is a prelude to something bigger, or just a consequence of market conditions. Has anyone else felt this shift? Is leadership communicating anything about the outlook that might explain this change in atmosphere? Curious to hear what others are observing on the ground.

I've definitely felt a shift too. It's like the air got heavier, and there's less willingness to brainstorm or try new things. The performance reviews seem to have gotten a lot more granular, focusing on metrics that feel a bit disconnected from the bigger picture. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and not a sign of deeper issues. Seems like everyone's walking on eggshells a bit more.
